Seeing the world as tone, texture, contrast and composition
I learned to take photographs on a Richo XR7 film camera, processing Ilford film in drums and tanks in my high school photo lab, printing high-contrast images instead of going to science and English classes. Photography got me through high school and black and white photography remains one of my great passions.
